Walter Hughes  1922-2020

Over the course of many years Walter has contemplated the the rules by which our universe developed and functioned.  In some cases he made up names for potentials required to perform a known function in our universe.   Below are his thoughts, initially in a continuous format and later just as added notes as ideas came to him.
